1 Krusteaz Snickerdoodle Box Mix
1 egg
1 cube butter softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 bag Rolo cookies - unwrap what you need
Remove packet of cinnamon sugar. Pour into bowl and set aside.
Combine mix, egg, butter and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
Wrap 1 small scoop of dough around 1 Rolo and roll into ball.
Cover with cinnamon sugar mix and place on baking sheet.
Bake at 375 for 11 mins
Let cool on baking sheet.
Makes approximately 36 cookies
